"Glastonbury has been a guiding thread throughout my life. Long before I understood energy, grids or awakening, I was walking the Tor at sunset, drinking from the spring waters, and feeling something ancient moving through the land.
Now I'm opening space for a private small group to experience Avalon together. Intentionally, reverently, and in deep connection with the intelligence of the land. This is not a typical retreat.
This is a guided sacred pilgrimage into one of the most powerful energetic landscapes on Earth."

Chalice Well Garden
Chalice Well is an ancient holy well surrounded by a beautiful garden. It has been a place of pilgrimage for thousands of years. A World Peace Garden and the sacred waters with their unique vibration, flow through the tranquil garden. A place for all people whatever their spiritual path, religious belief, age or gender, to honour and celebrate nature and our part in the continuing evolution of this unique and beautiful planet; in peace, unity and co-creation with all life on Earth.
DRINK FROM THE SACRED SPRING
White Spring
Beneath Glastonbury Tor, two sacred healing spring, one red with iron and one white with calcite, rise side by side, and in honour of the White Spring, a candlelit temple has been lovingly created as a free, sacred space of devotion, ceremony, and ancient Avalon energies. We will have private access to this space on the journey.

Heart of the Micheal Line
At sunrise, we gather in stillness and walk gently upon the land as the light breaks over Avalon, opening our hearts in quiet reverence. Guided by intention, we share sacred cacao to soften, awaken, and attune our bodies to the living current of the ley line beneath us, a subtle yet powerful portal where earth and spirit meet. In this golden hour, we align with the grid of the land, anchoring our prayers into the field and allowing the ancient energies of Avalon to move through us.
SACRED AVEBURY STONES OF WILTSHIRE
Gateway of the ancient ones
We journey across the ancient landscapes of Wiltshire to walk among the timeless circles of Avebury, feeling the presence of our ancestors etched into the land. As we step between these monumental stones, we attune to their quiet wisdom, the rhythms of earth and sky, and the deep memory held within the sacred geometry on this powerful ley line.
SAUNA AND COLD PLUNGE SESSION
Nourish, ground and integrate
A grounding sauna session to integrate our walking pilgrimages and land activations, allowing the body to release, recalibrate, and fully anchor the energies we’ve awakened.
ANCIENT EARTH ALIGNMENT
Stonehenge
A sacred pilgrimage to Stonehenge, where we gather among the ancient stones to honour the wisdom of our ancestors, align with the turning of the heavens, and remember the timeless power within us.

The Merlin Pilgrimage — Cornwall Sacred Sites Journey 12th - 14th June
For those who feel called to continue the journey:
A 2-Day sacred land immersion Including
- Entry to Merlin’s Cave (Tintagel)
- Entry St Nectan’s Glen
- Two nights stay at Kudva: Your Cornwall pilgrimage includes accommodation in handcrafted woodland tipis at Kudva, allowing us to fully immerse in the elemental energy of the land.
- Shared travel from Glastonbury
- Guided land connection practices
- Costal walk connection with mama ocean and the spirits of the Cornish sea
- Back to the elements as we camp under the stars, no wifi, sitting by the camp fire
- As this is totally off grid experience this will include breakfast and dinner (we will eat lunch out)
St Nectan’s Glen
We will journey to St Nectan’s Glen, a hidden waterfall sanctuary nestled deep within Cornwall’s ancient woodland. Long revered as a site of elemental and spiritual power, this mystical forest temple is where water, stone and earth converge in quiet magic. Here, surrounded by ancient trees and the sound of falling water, we step into a space of deep stillness, renewal and connection with the living spirit of the land.
Merlin’s Cave
We will visit Merlin’s Cave beneath the dramatic cliffs of Tintagel, a place woven deeply into Arthurian legend and the mythic landscape of Britain. Accessible at low tide, this tidal cavern has long been associated with Merlin himself, a threshold space where land meets sea and myth meets memory. Standing within its echoing chamber, held by stone and ocean, we enter a powerful liminal portal inviting reflection, insight and connection to the ancient wisdom carried through these lands.
